check ur tonsils see if they r red large and inflamed and see if they have this white spots on them that look like pimples! u may need to get ur tonsils removed or get on a heavy course of antibiotics

also do u suffer from sinus problems? do u taste something bad in ur mouth and have bad mouth smell? do u have post nasal discharge? all these r signs of sinusitis that may give u sore throat. as the post nasal discharge will dry up in the back of ur mouth and cause these issues.
