yesterday i was grappling (BJJ) and my opponent kept squeezing my abdomen with his thighs it hurt but after we were done it was normal, it hurt a little but i was able to eat sleep talk walk and sit up, i woke up this morning again with little discomfort, no vomiting or bloody stools or urine, chills or fever. nothing of that but i have these abdominal sounds and a little gas!

im worried that it would be gastrointestinal perforation or GI bleeding or something!

N.B i suffer from no digestive system desiease like peptic ulcers or what so ever

ive been losing hair for a year now and the docs said its temporary hair loss, but now i see some thinning in my temples especially the left one anyway the doc say its not male pattern hair loss thou im convinced it is, anyway he said i should try ecrinal hair products. does it work with hair loss and male pattern hair loss and have u tried it before or heard any positive thoughts about it??? plz give me ur advice

just so u can get the picture, the upper lip has a M shape and the lower lip is just like a concave curve

imagine having on the lower lip a kinda another level of a lip W shaped its not visible from away but in close it can be seen, theres not ulcers or bleeding or pain i never smoked or drank alcohol but i get exposed to sun light very much, so please help me i need to know if its cancer or something else, and what u suggest i should do

ok so i got this bump or lump on my lower lip it has a W shape its a little paler than my normal lip color its not very visable its like a swelling. is it cancer or somthing else, and i cant go to a doctor cuz if he said its cancer i dont want to go through all that medication and family stuff, waste time money and make people worry, ill just leave it be.

ok so in a double leg the most common way to shoot is arm distance between both player and the forward leg shoot between the opponents legs and the back leg goes to the side thats the most common way, i do it in another way and i would like to hear ur advices and to know if its right or wrong, i do sanda and bjj btw anyway in a MMA fight or just grappling i shoot my forward leg beside my opponents leg and even sometime a LITTLE beyond and my back leg goes between his legs and i preform any kind of double and it sets up for an easy single too if i failed the double. i hope u can imagine what i'm saying anyway do u think this is right or wrong and why, thanks.

ok so i do mixed martial arts and i was kicking a heavy sand bag and accidentally kicked a round kick with the last part of the instep or feet so it kinda forced my feet backward so much like flexing it as if the toes are pointing away from my body, since then my legs hurt and i cant properly kick or even walk on it, i didnt hear a sound or anything when it happened but i couldnt even stand on it and fell down. what could it be?

i got 2 rug or mat burns on my upper back each is like 1 inch wide, there is no bleeding at all.

i washed it and cleaned it, applied neosprin or whatever cant spell it sorry, and some coconut butter and cover it with wet medical cotton, what else should i do for faster healing and less scaring??

i use an alcohol free hair gel and i dont use alot, just enough to faux hawk it, but i use it like 4 to 5 days a week, and i have had this temporary hair loss thing which is when the hair get in a shock or something but its over now, anyway are hair gels unhealthy and what hair gel brands that u recommend

good for ground and stand up fighting, yet not so much padded so it reduces the effect of my kick

i dont under stand anything about mouth guards, i know there are single which protect upper teeth but i wanna find some good ones that protect upper and lower teeth that have that boil and bite technique, also i would like to understand what are the brain pad thing?

what are good shin instep guard that provide enough protection same time doesnt get in the way of my grappling and reduce my kick power? i thought of buying the gel absorbing from combat sport or the grappling one from hayabusa but is it too much? and how about proforce cloth combination shin instep gaurd?

which is better thumbed or thumbless mma gloves, my biggest concerns are that thumbed gloves will get in the way of my grappling and thumbless wont provide protection from the thumb. im about to buy either a hayabusa pro thumbless pro glove or a throw down hybrid thumbed glove, which u think is better??

im 17 years old and recently i have noticed this friction sound, i cant discribe it easily. but it makes me feel like my lower back is stiff and sometimes its painful. as far as i know i dont have a disk or anything cuz i havent preformed any sudden moves or anything. btw i play sports (martial arts) so make back problems shouldnt be from weak back muscles.
