poping hip bone sound?

Sometimes air escapes from joints. Sometimes it's a ligament that twangs out of place. You would need a physiotherapist, a doctor or a chiropractor to say what the sound is exactly and from there, they can say if it's harmful.

I don't think theres much harm with it, apart from the fact it means that you might have a bit of arthritis when you're older, but its no different to other bones clicking.
