shin and instep guards question?
what are good shin instep guard that provide enough protection same time doesnt get in the way of my grappling and reduce my kick power? i thought of buying the gel absorbing from combat sport or the grappling one from hayabusa but is it too much? and how about proforce cloth combination shin instep gaurd?

been using these for the past couple months in full MMA sparring and they are awesome, comfortable, easy on and off, stiff yet absorbent and wont move when you grapple.
