Music to use in video?

Under the United States Fair Use Policy ANY music can be used for your video. This is because you are using it for a school project or an otherwise educational purpose. On the other hand if you plan on selling this video then you would technically have to either 1. Create your own music or 2. Use public domain music that either has no copyright or and expired copyright if you did not plan on buying the rights to the music.
