What is the correct basketball call?

From the refs point of view, both hands touched the ball last, the only way to tell who actually touched it last is with a slow motion, close up replay. But it doesn't really matter.

If the ball is knocked out of a player 1's hands and goes out of bounds, player 1 gets the ball.

I believe player 1 should get the possession, because player 2 is the one that forced the ball out of bounds, if the play is reviewable then the refs can look it over and see who's hand touched the ball last

if player two blocks it off of player one's hand, the ball goes to player two. if they came down to the floor with each player having a hand on the ball, it is a jump ball

Depends. If it rolls off of 1s hand after the block it would be 2s ball. Nice to see your still here JHS. Long time no answer for me.
