My Mom's hotmail address keeps sending me strange emails. How to fix?
For example it sent me "Hello and: this link which I disabled by changing it
"http://oksub.com/link_friend.php?opage=08eq%22
She did not send these. I have talked to her about it.
Is it her computer or hotmail that is infected?
Is there a fix out there?

Someone has her password. Run antivirus/antimalware on her computer and then have her change her Hotmail password.
