First of all I'm sorry I know how it feels to loose someone you care about like that. I am kind of going through the same thing. My best advice is to get her back. Go after her, make a huge romantic gesture, and if it doesn't work then the best i can tell you is that it heals over time. If it works out I am happy for you but if it doesn't remember that since it didn't chances are ( and I know this is hard to believe) there is someone else just as amazing as her if not more. And now I know you highly doubt that but remember love can involve hurt but it gets better. Maybe not easier but better.
