Why is the sky always hazy white these days?

I remember being a little kid in the 80s and the skies being almost entirely blue on sunny spring and summer days. I had to search around to see I could find any white. When I did it was always puffy well defined clouds. Today sky is mostly white with breaks and streaks of blue seen past this thin, wispy, loosely defined, white haze. My Dad thinks the sky has been this way his whole life. He is in his 50s and is also can't remember simple details about things that happened a few hours earlier.

Update:

I had to write this in a hurry because the first time I tried to post it 5 minutes ago it told me yahoo answers was unavailable. I rushed this time to see if it would happen again and behold now that it is full of errors - it worked perfectly!

Stratospheric Aerosol Geoengineering is why the sky is white. Chemtrails in association with HAARP are being used to modify the weather.
