Good distortion guitar VSTs?

    I guess we'll both learn together since I have no clue on what a VST is but I'm about to learn at this link, or wikipedia if it doesn't explain it.

    Man, decent disortion VSTs are really hard to come by it seems. If you go to www.reaper.fm and download reaper it comes with a whole bunch of really good VSTs that I enjoy. Just go to the guitar section and browse through them until you find one you like.

    Alternatively, you could use properllerheads reason and rewire it through whatever your main software is and use the distortions and sounds from that, but that does get rather complicated.

    Good distortion guitar.really.Its about the effect you use to get the tone you want. No one guitar will create better distortion than the next. Its about the pickups .Amp , effects.
