how to hide not eating from parents?

i eat a little (like an apple ) or nothing a day. just until i lose weight, i want to lose it fast and this works.

but today my mom was asking what i ate, and made me eat mandarin oranges (but i ended up going in my room and spitting them in tissue and throwing them away)

i'm NOT anorexic (i'm like 98lbs and 5 ft) i still have my period (i have it now) so i don't think i'm hurting myself

PLEASE just tell me ways to hide food from parents!

    Not eating is actually working against you. Your bod needs nutrition to function. Eat from the basic food groups, just less of it. Everybody needs dairy, grains, greens, fruits and veggies. You probably don't like all of them, so eat the ones you enjoy. Instead of 3 big means, maybe 6 little ones.

    By eating only one apple a day, you are depriving your still-growing body of what it needs. You'll end up stunted or sick. And, yes, you are hurting yourself. Your parents might want you to see a shrink or something else that's too expensive.

    But the only one who knows exactly how you feel is Jesus. God put you together in the first place, so He knows how to help you in all areas of your life, including physical. He wants to be your BFF. He has a super-deluxe custom-made plan for your life that’s beyond anything you ever dreamed of. But He waits for us to ask.

    Invite Him into your heart, ask Him to take over your life. You will instantly feel better. Watch Him ease the stress and give you peace in it's place. He is on YOUR side. He never stops thinking about you. Read Psalm 139 daily. He loves you move than you can possibly imagine!

    Read your Bible, find Christian support groups, watch Christian programs like Hal Lindsey Report, End Time, 700 Club, Daystar and TBN TV, Books and DVDs: the Late Great Planet Earth, books by Paul Crouch. There's so much fascinating information to learn. Jesus loves you. You’ll have fun and the rest of your life will be the very best of your life.

    Eating like this is really likily to cause an Eating Disorder. Wanting to hide food from your parents is already the first sign that you should get help. Get help before it's too late. Eating Disorders are not all about food, soon food may not even matter but being in control will be more important than food and even how much you way. You do not want to go down the long, painful road of an Eating Disorder and the even longer and more painful road of recovery.

    It's not as easy to eat, so anyone telling to eat don't understand. As much as you're trying to deny you do have an Eating Disorder and NEED help. Please, please don't wait until it's too late.

    You will ruin your body and it is a constant pain.

    But you can do it, get help.

    BTW - You sound a skinny/healthy weight

    Sweetie, I hate to break it to you, but you are an anorexic. You are 98LBs. Personally, I don't think you should lose anymore weight, I think 98lbs is enough weight lost. And, you are hurting yourself. I bet you have a beautiful body. Don't ruin it by not eating! You don't have to be overweight, but eat a little. If your appetite is just little naturally, (like mine) it's still not healthy, so I try to eat just a little more. When you don't eat, your body doesn't get the nutrients it needs. Your bones become frail, and you can become so weak to the point where you can't even stand. Now, I'm sure you don't want that, right? You don't have to eat ALOT, but just eat a little bit more, ok? Please? :D

    ... YOU NEED TO EAT!!! This is the lazy and unhealthy way to lose weight. You wanna lose weight the cool way, do Zumba or go running or swimming or just any type of dancing, but not eating is NOT the answer. When you starve yourself in order to lose weight, that is the definition of anorexia nervosa. It's a slippery slope hun, one that you don't wanna get caught up on. Eat your food like your parents say, and do cool things, with friends if you need, to lose weight the healthy way.

    You really need to eat. The way you are trying is unhealthy for you. If you want to loose weight then just eat right and exercise. And correct me if I'm wrong, but 98 pounds and 5 feet sounds about right for you. I'm not sure why you would want to loose weight.

    losing weight fast doesn't work as soon as you start eating normally you'll pile it back on, as for your parents tell them you want to lose weight. Work out a meal and exercise plan to lose weight and be healthy, if your skinny and unhealthy you'll look ill but even if your a little chubby but healthy you'll look gleaming x

    You do not need to lose weight - you are near the low end of the BMI "normal" range. Don't be fooled into thinking skinny is beautiful. Bony women look terrible!

    Drink lots involving water. (You'll stand up for refills and trips for the bathroom. )

    ugh I hate it when all these healthy people are telling you too eattttt.... Yes of COURSE your should eat but if you really want to loose weight, eat at least an apple which I eat and then drink water throughout your day.Then if u want eat a small snack at night. Don't binge on food at night or else all your work through the day was totally pointless. IF YOUR PARENTS ASK WHAT YOU ATE just remember some stuff you saw in the fridge and tell them you ate some of it, or like left overs and idk. Or if you went to a friends house, say that you ate there and then make up a random food like pasta or something. Make sure you don't say like pizza or ice cream bc usually parents tell you that isn't real food. I myself have a lot of problems with my weight because I am 5' ft and I weigh 81 pounds. Although I am trying to gain weight. Don't take it too far with this diet because it can cause permanent damage.
