simple steps that you can follow to help you to stay in shape while pregnant, making you and your baby healthier, and having an easier labour and delivery.
1.Control Your Cravings
Controlling your cravings is one of the most important things you'll need to do if you're looking to stay in shape while pregnant.
2.Diet = Bad....Eat More = Good!
Pregnancy is NOT the time to be dieting. Going on specific diets in order to stay in shape while pregnant is dangerous and can harm your baby's health as well as your own. Most diets were never designed to be used during pregnancy, so please avoid using them.
3. Exercise
The amount of exercise you should be doing while pregnant depends on your situation and whether you were particularly active before your pregnancy. Therefore I recommend you consult your doctor before going straight out and busting your tail in the gym or something

When I was pregnant I gained 20 lbs. 20lbs is NOT a lot...don't know why someone would say that. The avg weight you want to gain during your pregnancy is anywhere from 25-35 lbs. You've gained 20 so far. During my pregnancy I made sure not to overeat, ate very healthy, and ate 5 times a day making sure I never skipped a meal. Make sure you are getting plenty of rest. I also worked out all throughout my pregnancy about 2-3 times a week up until my last month (had to stop because it started hurting my hips!) As long as you're doing some sort of physical activity and not eating everything in sight, then you should be okay. Every pregnancy is going to be different though. I had a lot of water which ended up making it look like I had gained more weight than I actually did.

Yoga, palaties and walking. There are different suggestions obtainable, yet those are the main secure. I walk around 2 kilometers an afternoon. All my errands are run taking walks and that i take a 40 5 minute walk each and every night at first mild, and someimes in the process the night when I even have worry sound asleep from back pains I take a walk for about an hour. i'm in beter shape now than i replaced into till now I have been given pregnant. on account which you may not be too rigorous which comprise your excersize or do too a lot at a time, the trick is to to do small quantities in the process the day. choose for a walk once you upward push up, do quarter-hour of yoga till now lunch, do yet another quarter-hour a hour or 2 once you have had lunch and choose for a protracted walk at first mild. in case you start up cramping or having back discomfort or any discomfort in any respect, you're over doing it. believe your physique to allow you to recognize what and how a lot it desires.
