Which combination i should choose in SB vs Phenom?

i am looking to build a new machine

main use is gaming , then normal stuff like programming , watching movies , internet surfing etc

i live in mumbai , will buy everything from Lamington Rd ,

no possible upgrades for atleast next 3 years (exception of RAM and SSD if prices fall down)

Graphic Card - GTX 560 Ti ,either Asus (14K) or MSI (13K) ,

tell me abt this , MSI service is good in india or not , Asus's service is great ,

also i have Asus 5750 HD , so wat do u think of crossfiring 2 5750's vs buying new GTX 560 Ti

now for processor and motherboard , following seems to be my options

i5 2500K + Asus P8P67 @ 21000 Rs

Phenom X4 955 BE + Asus/Gigabyte Mobo @ 13000 Rs

problem is if i go for i5 setup , i will have to go for some local cabinet and stock cooler due to budget , and so overclocking won't be possible for atleast next 3 years, bcz i won't be able to buy good cabinet and cooler before that

so is it worth investing in i5 setup over Phenom when gaming is only concerned ?

will Phenom setup able to play all types of games i mentioned below atleast for next 3 years ,

i play FPS , TPS , Racing games , no (RTS) Strategic games at all , and neither FSX

Update:

6870 HD is also d option i guess , will go for it if it's below 12000 Rs , else 560 Ti @ 13000 will be my choice

Update 2:

I live in India , getting any of the compatible motherboard isn't a choice here

dats y i have to go for Asus P8P67 only , if want to overclock

Get a 6870 Radeon instead of the 560 GTX and get the 2500K + a cheap CoolerMaster Hyper 212+ cooler

AND !!!!! Get the ASrock P67 Extreme 4 motherboard instead of the ASUS. It should be a good deal less. I have that same board and it runs great with my i7 2600K @ 4.6 ghz

core i5 2500k is much better option than Phenom II X4 955 when it comes to gaming.both core i7 2600k and i5 2500k almost beat every AMD processor when it comes to gaming and core i5 2500k is as fast as i7 2600k when it comes to gaming.it really will be a good long term investment in processor department than the Phenom II X4 955.

AMD is soon going to release their fusion processors so socket AM3 will get obsolete than means you won't have good upgrade options left in future if you go with 955.

however the motherboard you selected only support crossfire no SLI that means if you go with GTX 560 Ti then you won't be able to add second one in the future if you want.you need to go with Asus p8p67 pro if you want both SLI and crossfire support.get the fastest card you can buy now and add second one in future when price comes down.

a very good alternative for GTX 560 Ti would be Radeon HD 6950 1 GB in the same price range.it is slightly better card(5 FPS faster).otherwise,HD 6870 also will be a good choice.
