I'm getting ready to buy a junked 92 FZR600, will the tires fit on my roommate's 92 ninja 600?

Basically no.
FZR front 110/70-17
ZZR " 120/60-17
FZR rear 140/60-18
ZZr " 160/60-17
You could possibly squeeze the front tire on, but the handling would be weird.
Like Chris said, the old tires would probably be rubbish due to aging so forget the whole idea.

Weather they are the correct size is not important, tires from any junker will be undependable and could lead to a blowout. Even a low speed blowout can cause MAJOR problems.
Invest in new rubber!
