Most Crime:
No. 1: NEVADA
No. 2: NEW MEXICO
No. 3: LOUISIANA
Best states to live:
Utah earned the highest marks.
Hawaii ranked second, followed by Wyoming, Colorado and Minnesota. West Virginia ranked last, and manufacturing-reliant states like Michigan and Ohio also landed in the bottom 10.
