Its probably a Bieber fan a lot have Bieber cons and user names so thats probably why theres deffanitley more than one Fatima Horta out there.

Perhaps there is another person in this world with HIS/HER name as Fatima Horta and the twitter account username as Justin Bieber or vice versa.
