This is my prom dress, but I don't know what jewelry to wear with it. Also, hair up or down because it's long and curly. Please help!

Firstly the dress is beautiful, and such a lovely colour!
Hair up is a great look for this dress, as it will show your shoulders off well in an elegant way, as-well as keeping it out of your face for the entire night which means less chance of it getting greasy/frizz/curls falling out etc :)
As for jewellery, it is quite a statement dress so keep your accessories simple - but most definitely opt for SILVER! It will draw the eye to the small silver detail at the waist and bring the outfit together. Some elegant dangly ear-rings would look lovely, however this can sometimes not suit a young girl. A necklace would be perfect too - but only do one or the other when it comes to long earings and a necklace, otherwise you will have no focal point and look like youve tried to hard - simplicity is the key.
If you opt for wearing your hair down (and it is long), there is no need for ear-rings or a necklace. Instead, try a small silver handbag. Hold it in your right hand (since the small silver detail of the dress is on the left side), it will balance out the outfit brilliantly.
Have a brilliant prom night, and once again, the dress is beautiful!

Beautiful dress by the way!! Hair up i would think, silver jewelery with that shade of blue would look stunning.
Perhaps a pair of amber+silver earrings

Your decision is enough.
