    Your polynomial can first be factored as (x^2-3)(x^2-2).

    Both factors are now differences of squares, so you can further factor those as (x+sqrt3)(x-sqrt3)(x+sqrt2)(x-sqrt2). Set each factor to 0, and solve for x to get x=sqrt3, x=-sqrt3, x=sqrt2, x=-sqrt2.
