do you think the republican party is bigoted against minorities.?

recently the republicans voted unanomously against an aisian judge nominee. they also voted against the hispanic supreme court nominee. . so whats your perception of the republicans.

Update:

for the haters out there i would suggest that you reread the question. i did not express a positive or negative opinion about this question. i think its a fair question though because the tea party was labeled as bigoted. i wanted to see if people distinguished between the two

LBJ develop right into a Democrat whether he additionally develop into responsible for being against the 1957 Civil Rights Act removing the section that should have stopped Jim Crow regulations making them wait yet another 7 years. The Democrats had to get the black vote to make up for the white votes they assumed they might lose because of the 1964 Civil Rights Act so by way of the years they made up stuff to latest the appropriate as being racists and that keeps to this present day.

So according to you, any person who is a minority is perfect at everything because anytime their ability may be less that ANY white person this is automatically racism Sheeeeeesh.

And the Hispanic nominee had no bench experience. And thinking a judge may need some sort of bench experience first is racist?

By your reasoning, any minority person can automatically do a great job of brain surgery because as soon as someone points out there may be a more talented person available--- they must be racist!! Okay go ahead and have a hispanic plumber do your brain surgery.

Of course not, silly. The GOP just elected twice as many minorities to Congress, the Senate, and Governors than the Democrats did.

No, race had nothing to do with the vote against this judge. Do you recall what libs did to Clarence Thomas ? When President Bush nominated a Hispanic what was the liberal reaction? In both cases we could make the same conclusion.

No, how do you explain the democrats blocking the first hispanic nominee for supreme court by pres Bush? What about when democrats opposed Thomas for the bench? Does that make them racist?

You cant be a true conservative and be bigoted. Equality before the laws is a staple.

No, the left hates minorities. The left has built the big government misery plantation to keep what it believes is its political property, namely blacks, and it gets very, very angry when blacks willingly leave the plantation they so generously built for them and succeed on their own merits.

You forgot to mention that that recent hispanic SC nominee was an activist liberal judge. She also happened to quickly vote against the 2nd Amendment being an individual right.

The GOP voted against her because of this. Not because she was hispanic.
