In my opinion i like them both but i think you should make it long because you can style it more. If you have short hair its always the same but if you have long hair you can tie it in a braid or a ponytail or curl it and things like that :)

I think Long hair looks better! But it really depends on how you look! If your ugly keep you short hair! If your pretty than change your hair to Long!

Feminine hair means long.
