Should UK Judges have a competancy test?
Before they make the UK legal system look even more stupid.
They give out super injunctions with out understanding they cannot be enforced because of Facebook, Twitter etc. How can they Judge?

Funnily enough they do .
First they have to obtain a legal qualification , then become a barrister, and then practice law .
If basically successful at that , they may then be invited to become a (junior) judge .
Then , depending on their record there, they may advance to become judges in higher courts, or not .
Lib - Lab supporters ,however, would prefer a "Competence Test" . That is , a scrutiny test based on the principle that only those judges, who make judgements that the Lib -Labs agree with, should become or remain judges.

What do you expect when only privileged people get into these positions......What do they know of the real world?.....The legal system and parliament are both run by these fools but the people will do nothing about it. The legal system and MPs work in favour of less than 2% of the entire population. The stinking rich. Our legal system can be bought like a sea front whore, and so can our MPs. What a great way to run a country.

You are aware that it was one judge who decided that....not all of them.
They can be inforced as the people who post the information that was meant to be kept secret will face charges..
