Obama is in violation of the War Powers act. And we have a Congress sitting with

-it would have been 8 had they proceeded with defunding NPR and would have been 10 had Sen. Coburn not added the National Park Carry Amendment to Obama's Credit Card Bill that he had to sign to get his part passed.
