    cos (π/2) = 0, so:

    sin (π/3)

    √3/2

    (Use the unit circle or a 30-60-90 triangle with sides 1, √3 and 2 to recall this answer)

    sin(pi/3) + cos(pi/2) = √3/2 + 0 = √3/2

    Pi-3.141592654 divide pi by 3 in the first one, by 2 in the second one and then add the answers together
