what is the thread pitch of the secondary threads on the bbl of the MSAR STG 556 Rifle?

I'm talking about the large set of threads near the gas adjustment. Also, what are they for?

    No idea what the pitch is and as far as i know the only thing it can be used for is mounting a bayonet lug.

    Takes the the same lug as an AUG. You have to take off the check nut and whatever muzzle device you have to get it on. It'll take any bayonet that an AR15 will, M7, M9, OKC-3S, etc.

    This is the only place i know of that has them.
