Plea bargain down to 5 years hard time. The judge will not smile upon crimes being committed while out on bond.

Second Degree Burglary is plead-able down to 125 hours of community service (assuming clean record)
Criminal Mischief (3rd) is a misdemeanor so it can pleaded down to a warning or a fine of up to 2000 dollars.
I am not entirely sure about 3rd Degree Terroristic Threatening on the other hand, but it cant be more than 4-5 months in jail

Most likely the attorney will plea bargain all of these and get them reduce to a misdemeanor. The terrorist threat , he will just plead not guilty and there will be minor fines. He make get 2 years of probation.
