Fathers Day care package ideas?
So my boyfriend is deployed to afghanistan right now, and I'm pregnant with our daughter(5 months). He also has his son, who lives with the mother while he's deployed. So I don't get to see him or really get to talk to him. I was wondering if someone could give me some ideas on what kind of things I can send in a care package for fathers day, thanks so much.

A really sweet letter (though I assume you're writing to him regularly anyway!)
Photos of your baby bump, photos of you two together.
His favourite sweets (my cousin is in Afghanistan at the moment, and we send him boxes of Jubblies - remember them?!)
Maybe a countdown calendar until he comes home again?
It must be really tough for you at the moment, but it'll be so worth it when you're back together and you have your little girl! Good luck, and remember heartfelt is always the best way to go!

Fathers day is usually for the kids to express their appreciation for their dads, though often dads are neglected in this regard. Your boyfriend would appreciate getting those things he likes that are not available in Afghanistan. If he is like my son, he will tell you what those things are.
