PhotoBucket Bulk Uploader Wont Load Help Needed Please!?

I cannot get photobuckets bulkup loader to install I have to upload photo's to photbucket fom my competur (files) camera whatever device one by one by one. Any suggestions to why I follow the directions please help .I need to really resize the photo's for my sons High schoool online photo albums , online/socialnetworking/ His personal Self experience on Aspergers Awerness Websites, and family online photo's. Any help is greatly appreciated.Thank You G's Mom.

    I usually download pics to my computer first, so don't have experience with other choices.

    You do not need to upload one by one. Hold your ctrl key down while you select which photos you want to upload then click open.

    If you have a multiple pictures in a row, instead of clicking on each one separately. Click the first one hold down the shift key and click the last one in the selection.
