Jeff Garcia. He proved he was a good QB, but had a lot of bad breaks. Look at when McNabb went down and WITH THE SAME TEAM Garcia totally turned the Eagles around. Oh but McNabb was so amazing. Seriously Garcia wasn't great, but he could do the job. Maybe at the end of his career we can put Romo over him, but not right now.

Tony Romo, in my opinion. However, either Tony or Jeff, both are blowing away many many many 1st overall drafted pick QB. David C? Carson P? JaMarcus R? Alex S? ...... and so on, those were 1st overall, if counting first round QBs then, geez, ........... basically, Tony and Jeff are 1001 times better.

Tony Romo would be my vote. Jeff Garcia was at one time great, but now he is sh*t.
