Taking action against a business for repetative phone calls / harassment?

I would like to know how I can take legal action and specifically on what grounds for a business that continously keeps calling me on the phone, despite my verbal demands to cease and desist. I am recieving approximately 5 calls a day and they are not cooperating, other than saying that the previous person that called did not make the appropriate notations to stop, and that it would stop. I am very frustrated and want to make them account for their persistance and disregard for my wasted time and interrupting my work, thus costing my money. Please someone that has true legal knowledge in this area. I live in michigan. I want to make a complaint to an authority that can intervene and take them to small claims court for my time and money lost spent on the phone with them also
