I took a haitus from answers, come back, and I see nothing has changed. Are mopeds legal, how fast will mine go , and how can I make it faster. lol

I watched this movie that was a horror I would say. However it was twisted and funny at the same time. It was about a mother, father, and their teenage daughter, her boyfriend I believe and her younger brother driveing at night down a backroad going somwhere. They kept going and going but kept coming through the same town. along the way, they came across a woman with what appeared to be a baby in a stroller, and I forget, but either the baby was dead, or it was not real. but the movie was really weird and funny. The mother started wigging out and acting like she had alzheimers or somthing. Does anyone recognize the movie and know the name of it???. Everyone pretty much died by the end of the movie. if not all of them.

I'm not going to get into how long Ive been building bikes, but it a bit troubling to know that I am having this trouble. I cant bleed the brakes on this 02. Rear) Ive got brake bleeders, 2 different types of them. Neither are doing it. Manual bleeding is not working, Ive bench bled the master cylinder, tried cracking the lines to bleed (which usually gets that last bit of trapped air out), and have verified and used known good cylinders and calipers from stock. Im keeping the res. full while bleeding, Im bleeding both sides of the caliper, and have no loose lines. Im stupid founded. Can anyone tell me what the hell is going on ?? lol. Now this always seems to be a problem on 99-01 also but although spungy until you ride it a little bit, you at least DO have brakes. I am geting ZERO braking while trying to bleed this 02. Im thinking maybe throwing a wrench at the bike might help??? lol

I would like to know how I can take legal action and specifically on what grounds for a business that continously keeps calling me on the phone, despite my verbal demands to cease and desist. I am recieving approximately 5 calls a day and they are not cooperating, other than saying that the previous person that called did not make the appropriate notations to stop, and that it would stop. I am very frustrated and want to make them account for their persistance and disregard for my wasted time and interrupting my work, thus costing my money. Please someone that has true legal knowledge in this area. I live in michigan. I want to make a complaint to an authority that can intervene and take them to small claims court for my time and money lost spent on the phone with them also

How do you remove a Tiller handle control on 96 mariner 25HP outboard?. It has a inoperational kill switch. Also, are switches a common problem on these things??? there is a white bushing (plastic) coming out of the handle near the metal shaft as well.

Hey, Im going to buy OBDII scanner software for a laptop, from aftermarket. I used to use the Tech II and have never purchased any of this aftermarket stuff. Anyone know of what is good quality brands to buy??. Second, Can you buy the interface and basically choose any software and it will work with the interface?. What I need to be able to do is troubleshoot some drivability issues where Ill need to be able to see real time data from the basic sensors like O2, TP,MAF, IAT,Fuel trims, EGR, and so on. Hopefully somthing out there will also have functionality that allows you to control and operate EGR, TCC ect. Please any help would be appreciated before I buy somthing

is there tests that can be done to determine if you have an annurism?. I believe I have signs of one, accompanied with high BP. Certain times (we wont get too detailed here) when I get worked up in the cardio department Im getting this ungodly pain in the rear of my head and its when I know my BP is high. hypertension I already know I have also. Or....could it be somthing else like a strain when I tense certain muscles???

How do I get through this trying time in my life?. It happens every winter. I cant ride. I am very depressed right now. Should I go out and do a momo-tune??

The age old placibo effect of cleaning the bike or the car. Why does it give us the sense of the vehicle running better and smoother. We can change the oil and give it a good bath and wax job, get in it or on it and it runs so much better. Its common amongst the majority of us. But why???. I can't go to the grave without a logical answer on this. Its been bugging me for years on end. Any input???

Ok, A little history here. I am going to attempt to confront my only fear in the automotive world. Its an attempt to rebuild my 4L80E. Is there anything I should know and is it somthing that I should be able to do successfully?. I have an extensive background and was a GM Technician, but my areas were Drivability and electrical, and heavy line, so I am a hardened and seasoned Tech, buuuuut, I dont dont want to underestimate the challenge of a trans, or overestimate my ability to do it, because I know that there is a million ways to get it wrong and only one way to get it right. Looking for some advice, pointers or FYI's before I begin. Thanks!.

What uis it going to entail?i have the diff cover off and drained the oil. how do I get the left axle shaft out to replace the outer seal?

How do you get the case apart on this thing?. I have removed all necessary screws , HD, ect ect. It wants to seperate, but feels like there is one or 2 screws in the center that are not allowing it to seperate to replace the fan. I popped off the keys thinking they might be under there but see nothing. the screws I am looking for are not to be found on the bottom side of the machine and are somewhere on top. Could it be that I need to take the screen off to get the keyboard frame off and keyboard to get to the one or two mystery screws???

I have a 79 Cobra Jet jet boat that I bought a couple years ago. I love the boat, but have seen none anywhere. I have only been able to find 2 pictures of this model on-line anywhere, and the pictures were of brochures. Anyone know anything about these boats as far as if there are any forums with owners or anything. Just weird. I feel like I have a jetboat that is "One of a Kind", but I know there has to be more of them out there.

I hav been writing a book and am over the half way point. I am not an author by trade and this is my first book. probably th only. anyone know the whats and wheres to get this book on track to publication?

I lost my keys so I put on the spare ignition switch I had. (yes you heard me right) Bot keys lost. Now the thing wont start unless I ground out the ground side of the switch. Freaky. Ive got a lack of ground from either the start enable box to the switch or the side stand switch is faulty. the weird thing is is that th switch is good and the other switch did not expose this problem. Also, it wont stay running with the clutch out, even when in neutral if the side stand is down. Think about this for a second. Seems simple to diagnose until you consider the the side stand issue. Oh, i just remembered. the neutral switch is faulty. So that explains that. But, Im not looking for a diagnosis on the internet here, and I want to avoid really tearing into the harness, but I have a strong feeling that ive got a broken ground connection somewhere. Anyone seen or know of any similar common problems with the R1 (99-2001). If the answer is yes, then ill dig into it, but if theres no common knowledge of it, then ill just get another, since i wont have a high chance of the same thing being wrong with a doner. This is just a quirky problem that doesnt seem to make sense. If nothing else, I guess I am letting the frustration out...

what is a good effective lifting program for me. just the groups and reps to do, ive been out of it for years and my program is when i was in shape and lifting, so i need one for somone that has been out of the gym for years, primarily waist and upper body thanks. this would be for general conditioning and muscle building and mass. (power lifting)

I had a trip to take only a few hundred miles away and neede to sync the carbs. I have been doing this for umpteen years, but went to get the syncs out and the mercury was screwed up and had air pockets, so i was stuck. I said screw it, and did it by experience and my ears. they were way off, since I had just installed an Ivans jet kit in it recently. Just before leaving , I said hell with it and went to the parts store and bought 4 vacuum gauges and hooked it all up and they cylinders were dead nutz on the money both at high idle and at low idle. I couldnt believe it. Did I get lucky or what?. Theres no point to this question other than bragging about my hip pocket carb tuning day. During the trip , I found some areas that allowed me to open it up and enjoy life at 165 while the fuel system cleaner did its thing.

I just have to ask. Its killin me, but I can't contain myself. Why is it that the animal category has the most anal retentive people that feel they always have to be right and everyone else has to be wrong?. Self-rightous and unchallengable LOL. I'm pissing off the ones who are like that just by asking, which makes it all the more interesting!! Smiles :)
