Can I feed my gerbil food to birds?

Its the Small World Hamster and Gerbil food. I mean it looks like bird food...My gerbil died so I have a full bag of food that I dunno what to do with. I don't want to throw it away soooooo bird food? And I mean like wild birds, not a pet...lol

Between the birds & the squirrels (which are after all, rodents) it should be eaten up. If you don't want to scatter it into your grass you can sprinkle it out on logs, cinder blocks, wood planks, any large rocks. Bon appétit =: ]

Sure, go for it. The wild birds will appreciate it.
