Well she would be President, but all Presidents rely on teams of advisers. Mrs Palin does seem to rely very heavily on hers, such as Rebecca Mansour composing many of her FaceBook entries. She has shown time and again that she does not want to read through intricate policy details but memorises the main bullet points on 3 x 5 cards.
So yes she would be President, but the real decision making would very likely be done by others.
