Where can I get someone to design a fabric pattern for me?
I know incredibly little about fabric and making clothes, but I've been needing to create garb for one of my LARPing groups. I have a drawing of what I want ( http://oi52.tinypic.com/2v1kfq1.jpg ), but I've recently learned that, when making clothes, you have to first create a pattern to ensure the fabric is cut correctly.
Personally, I don't have an eye for this, but is there somewhere online that, given my measurements, someone could design a pattern for me?

What you're after is not a fabric pattern (which means the design of the fabric itself, like a print), but a sewing pattern.
Actually, what you've got there is pretty easy to do, mostly off the shelf. You've drawn a hooded sweatshirt with a contrast cuff, and what seems to be a pair of sweatpants, cut off, with a contrast cuff, and a similar legging, and an overtunic. Buy the sweatshirt and sweatpants and add the contrast cuffs yourself -- you'll want a stretchy knit. Tube socks or the tops of regular socks are an easy source for your contrast cuffs.
As to the overtunic: http://www.simplicity.com/p-2128-adult-costumes.as... -- see the brown costume? That's the basis of the overtunic. You'll change the shape of the hemline and of the neckline.
