    She is just too wishy washy to decide what to do...she just wants to ride around and play the head cheerleader at the pep rally before the big game...rah rah sis boom bah....or should i say......blah blah blah blah blah

    Because she has not "officially" announced that she is a candidate. Until she does the law says she can continue as a media personality.
