Which seasonings cause heartburn?

I make homemade essence & cook for my family, but my mother says one of the seasonings is giving her heartburn.

*White pepper.

*Celtic sea salt.

*Hungarian paprika.

*Oregano.

*Basil.

*Marjoram.

*Rosemary.

*Thyme.

*Granulated onion.

*Granulated garlic.

    The only one I would have a problem is would be Hungarian paprika but too much onion could do the same.

    Different things affect different people, my MiL had a problem with garlic.

    I think it is in how much is used.

    I think chilli and pepper. But then again, everybody is affected by assorted things.

    I think pepper . I should use that in small amount it is very hotty and may cause burning
