I bought this cheese cake mix from the grocery store that requires no baking. And on the back there was a recipe for cheesecake cupcakes. You mix up the filling, pack the gram cracker crust on the bottom of the cupcake paper thingy. Then you put your filling on top, refrigerate for a couple of hours and serve with fresh blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or whip cream on top. It's really good and cute !

Now I think I'm going to go make some lol

    Good Luck!

These pies are good to make. If you buy the storebought graham cracker crusts, they come with a plastic insert that flips over the filled pies; and then you can stack them in the refrigerator. You can make the day ahead too. You can also use pink lemonade or limeade to make a variety of flavors: LEMONADE PIE 1 9" graham cracker pie 1 large Cool Whip, thawed 1 6-oz can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened, condensed milk Mix last 3 ingredients together until well blended; put into crust. You can dollop more Cool Whip on top if you want. Chill at least 4 hours Platters of brownies, cookies, mini-cheesecakes (do in cupcake papers, using a vanilla wafer as the "crust"), cream puffs Perhaps have a fruit platter with a dip. You can melt a can of storebought chocolate frosting, or mix some orange juice into a container of blended orange yogurt, or just mix brown sugar into sour cream

Something special for that man of yours might include:

    1. Fresh strawberries to dip in sour cream and brown sugar (tastes like the yummiest cheesecake you'd ever want!)

    2. Fresh strawberries dipped or drizzled in dark chocolate (works great to feed each other)

    3. Fresh fruit and cheesecake parfaits: 2 pints strawberries, sliced and sweetened. Blend together 2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1 T sugar, and 3 T melted butter. Stir to make crumbs. Blend together 1 3 oz package cream cheese with 3 T powdered sugar. Mix together 1 can sweetened condensed milk with 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice. Whip 1/2 pint heavy cream. Fold all of the above together and layer in your favorite wine glasses as follows: 2 T graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 of the pudding mixture, 1/2 cup sliced strawberries, and repeat. Top with whipped cream if desired.

    4. S'mores made at home either with a kit or by heating marshmallows over a flame.

    5. Chocolate chunk cookie sandwiches. Soften 1 pint of your favorite ice cream and place 1/4 cup on 4 cookie. Top with remaining cookies and roll edges in mini chocolate chips, or chopped nuts. Wrap and freeze.

Love Restaurants, seeming it;s for your boyfriend, and your oven is shot, look up on allrecipes.com or cooks .com for Tiramisu, no stove required, just the peculated coffee or espresso for the finger cookies/biscuits. Also a little drizzle of rum or that Italian Marsala al Ouvo. I use a vegetable peeler at the end, and shave some chocolate on top also, you can use dairy milk or a dark chocolate if you want.

    Peach Alaska

1 (3 oz) package jello - I like to use red jello

    2/3 cup boiling water

    1 cup vanilla ice cream

    1 (8 oz) cool whip

    1 cup fruit

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Add cool whip. Pour into pie shell (or just leave it in a bowl), top with sliced peaches and chill for three hours.

I know this sounds weird... but you could make rice krispie treats.... really easy im serious! and its not an ordinary rice krispie treat recipe. It has Chocolate and peanut butter, plus butterscotch chips. at least it works for the fourth of july... anyway heres the recipe.

    Ingredients:

    1 cup light corn syrup

    1 cup sugar

    1 cup peanut butter

    6 cups Rice Krispies®

or 6 cups Cocoa Rice Krispies®

    1 package (6 oz., 1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate morsels

    1 cup butterscotch chips

    Directions:

    1. Place corn syrup and sugar into 3-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves and mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter. Mix well. Add KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal. Stir until well coated. Press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Set aside.

    2. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Spread evenly over cereal mixture. Let stand until firm. Cut into 2 x 1-inch bars when cool.

Note: Before measuring the corn syrup, coat your measuring cup with cooking spray--the syrup will pour easily out of the cup.

I got the recipe off of the rice krispies website...

I realize its not a gourmet dessert, but its tasty either way. You can make it look like a gourmet dessert if you want, just garnish with a spring of mint. :)

and to make it firm up faster, put it in the fridge.

if this is too much, my advice is to cut the recipe in half before trying it! :)

ok one more thing... if you or him are allergic to peanut butter.... forget this recipe lol.

    Thanks and God Bless!

Ok cheesecake is so good and you can do it so easily!!!! Go to your local grocery store and get an already pre-made graham cracker pie crust, then go to the cheese and ice cream isle and get that philadelphia pre-made cheesecake filling. Then get something for the topping. It can be candy, canned fruit, fresh fruit, whatever you want. It is not homemade but it is delicious!!!! Goodluck!
