Looking for fresh yeast?

I'm in the Philadelphia looking to buy fresh (not dry!) but the large grocery stores don't carry it. Anyone know where I can get it?

    In refrigerator case with the milks and cheeses?? that is where I find it. in one ounce cubes.

    Fresh yeast is a by-product of the brewing industry. go to a brewery!! I got yeast with the label Fleishmans or Budweiser in one pound amounts when I was in the bakery. Most of the time I had to go to Amarillo to the Bread Bakery to pick it up with my chill box and ice!! Not sure why it couldn't be shipped on the refrigerator trucks with other groceries, but it was against the laws that were.

    Pop into a local supermarket with a bakery section and ask for some- or buy online from Amazon as I know they sell it, weird as it sounds!
