I hate to say it, but they are the AFC's version of my Cowboys: a very talented team that never lives up to expectations in the postseason.
Based on talent alone, the Chargers and Cowboys should have met up for a Super Bowl by now. But both have failed to live up to that standard, for a variety of reasons.

A typical narrow-minded fan who just think changing the owner, changing the GM, changing the stadium, would suddenly make the Chargers super.
