Is there anything I can do to get these guys to stop calling?

For the last 6 months or so I've gotten almost daily phone calls from these people with incredibly thick Indian accents. Their numbers and the organizations they work for keep changing but their voices and the fact that they want my credit card information don't. I've asked them to remove me from they're call list on multiple occasions and they just stopped calling on behalf of "Education Ambassadors". I've added 15 of their numbers to my reject list and they keep calling from different or unknown numbers. On top of this the numbers I have seen and managed to add to my reject list are completely bogus.

I'd really prefer not to have to change my phone number. Is there anything that I can do to get these guys to stop calling?

Update:

@twiggydarlin: What is a anti-directory?

Update 2:

@Cookie: I'm not sure who these people are what can the police do?

    you can case them simply. Or get a licenced Kaspersky Antivirus ( I got mine free with 6 months subcription from some website, you can google how to do it), it allows you to add much more numbers in your reject list.
