system restore was interupted and now i have a blank screen. any suggestions?

fugitsu lifebook n series can get to F2 screen but am lost after that.

Update:

Thanks guys but that didnt help. Looking for someone to tel me how to get the screen back up :)

    I had that happen. This is what you do. When windows or mac which ever you have starts wait for the screen to go black. For about a minute. then just do Ctrl Alt Delete. You will see the screen come alive. Click restart. And wait. the files should return and you will have your computer back.

    The first boot from disk and restore or if you are doing total restore use restore disk. Using restore from disk wipes everything, so if you need files, go to local geek and pay ( ALWAYS BEST OPTION IN ANY CASE) to have them retrieved and reset your machine the way you want it.
