Hello, I want your assistance in the following question:?

I have a machine which produce PP strapping band in which three roller stand are installed i.e 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, which are connected with the Dc gear motor, and its speed can be controlled through inverter, and it is used to change the speed of roller stand,

The problem is that 1st roller stand gear motor has been misplaced, and i don't know description of that gear motor, I have got the following information available:

Roller speed : min 0, max 24m/min

I want to know is it possible for you to calculate gear motor ratio using roller speed i.e max 24 m/min, or is there any other way around

For your assistance I have got the full description of 2nd and 3rd roller stand:

Roller speed : min 0, max 160m/min

rpm of motor : 1735

Cycles : 60hz

gear ratio : 1/10

PLease help me out, I shall be thankful to you for this act of kindness

You need to call the manufacturer of the existing gearmotors and explain the problem to them.

I'm sure they will be glad to help you......maybe you could even fax them a drawing or a sketch of the assembly.
