zerophilia is that real?

its a movie i saw a while ago about a guy who turns into a girl and other people are like that too. is that possible? like is that a real thing like hermephrodites?

    According to Wiki (which I always take with a grain of salt) zerophilia is a fictional condition they made up for the film.

    Yes and no. Are hermaphrodites real, yes, rare, but it does happen. But no, you cant turn into one naturally.

    hermaphrodites are real, but the change occurs from birth not after birth.
