Does he like me or doesn't he?

Theres this guy I've known and been friends with for a long time. We had a massive falling out years ago becuase he was a j.e.r.k to me, just recently he actually apologised for what he did and I have the feeling he might like me a bit more than a friend

The other night we went out and well... our whole group prolly drank a little too much alch. I was tipsy but i knew what I was doing. He said a few things that striked me as strange (even though I think he was drunk) when I rang my friend who didn't answer several times he finally did and said "yeah we'll be in the city at blahblahblah..." then ended with " love you" at this point I'm sober so I'm like LOLS hes so drunk". Then at another time during the night when I had drank a bit he said "lets get drunk, you and me, we'll just get smashed" and me in my tipsy state said "nah...I'll fall on the floor and wont get up" he said it a couple times. Now..I understand he was drunk. But he's done a few strange things like this in the past. Once he even said to me (whilst he had a girlfriend) 'you are the perfect woman' No idea whether he was joking or not.

I can't go out with him, he's gone out with my friend, but I've had feelings for him as long as i can remember...and to be honest i never thought he would ever have them back (because at one stage before our fall out I liked him and he didnt like me back). Does this show anything or is he (as i suspected) just a normal drunk guy who says **** lol
