So i want to get at least a nice perky butt,what are some exercises i can do & how long will it take to see results?(:

    Squats, weighted squats, walking/jogging/running (really any cardiovascular exercises), lunges, dead lifts, donkey kicks, hip bridge, leg extensions, flutter kicks, froggy glute lifts. Google any of these for a detailed how to. Btw if you have a smartphone search in the app store for butt workout, there are plenty of good, often free apps for it. If you do it every other day it should take not more than a month to see some results, for impressive results it takes several months, for the model-like results it can take years.

    Do lots of lunches those are great for your butt! Look up some exercises on youtube for p90x they have great workouts and you can really see a difference!!!(:
