If you eat nothing but instant noodles, would you benefit from taking a multivitamin?
Because I've been moving house, my meals have turned into fatty instant microwavable foods, but I exercise regularly. Should I take multivitamins to make sure I'm getting my RDI?

Better than nothing maybe. Synthetic vitamins will never have the effects of natural vitamins simply because they are missing many parts of the whole complex.
Why not get some nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit, wholewheat bread, cartons of cottage cheese, hummus.
All easy to snack on.
Eggs are quick to cook and full of goodness.
It's quick to make a big pan of soup. Sweat chopped vegetables in a pan, add stock (cube will do), tinned tomatoes and simmer until tender.
Eat with a whole wheat sandwich or add noodles, lentil, rice.

u may but better take it in antural way drink milk u get all vitamin in milk or yogurt like milk product as this is necessary as multivitamin contains a,d,e,k fat souluble vitamins that overeating cause hypervitaminosis i also like noodle but our body need natural food for long time and second if u only insist on instant packaged food yogurt or fruits help to make regular bowel movement i have experience of constipation while leaving on biscuits and jam and noodles that i often like ....and thats not so hard u may take packed cooked beans and many more even packaged food have so much gud option why insist only on noodles

Instant noodles (ramen) will defeat your goals. They contain so much sodium that you will retain water weight. Try a blend of veggies and a multivitamin with tuna packed in water. Low cost high vitamins. Cottage cheese for calcium.

Yes.
It wouldn't hurt to take a multivitamin every day anyway, even if you were eating healthy, but clearly you're not so it would be extra good to take one.
