You could have had a miscarriage or it can be that your body is having issues to were you will not be able to get pregnant if your taking birth control it can be a side effect. In any case you need to go see the Doctor as soon as possible because it is some thing very serious.

this has never happened to me and u might not like my answer but i really dont have much info to offer and for that i am sorry but if u google 3 week period it will give u the answer because when i was looking for signs for my early so called period i believe i seen something like this so i think i remember seeing that u could be prego unless u didnt have sex then u cant lol maybe someone else can help more but if no other answers google it i hope i could help
