ITV weekday evening output is poor should they bring back The Bill?
but make it more gritty and less soap opera like.
It is weak programming to go with Corrie all the time with a few fillers here and there.
I say bring back a grittier The Bill maybe not even set it in Sunhill, maybe a Northern Sunhill-esq place. Also make it more about the actual bobbies on the beat and not just CID.

I totally agree they should bring back The Bill. I watched it since I was a kid, it's great. I think it became a lot less soap opera like over the years although I don't like the idea of a northern theme. I'd like to see the same format return though.

I wish they would show it from the beginning again. The half hour programmes were much better than the more recent ones.
