Some geek asked on the Law Enforcement questions, how do I get away with not paying a parking ticket - I correctly answered "no you cannot" - I then was hit with a 10 point deduction for an abusive answer.

I have rebuilt windows xp onto my Dell Inspiron Mini 10v and all works fine apart from the VGA Controller and the Display Adapter - which driver do I need and where do I get it from?

I have tried Dell support and they have the 945/965 gsm controller but all I get is the message Cannot Start Adapter (10) error message, I cannot change the display from 800x600, it used to be 1024x768.

Any ideas anyone, pulling my hair out on this one.

Oh and I cannot find the recovery CD which would have the correct driver on it, if I do find it then problem solved but in the mean time anyone?

Obviously when you sell a car you fill in the parts of the V5 which is relevant and both buyer and seller sign and date the form.

You then send it back to the DVLA, is it wise to take a photocopy of this form sign and dated as it takes up to 4 weeks for the DVLA to change the ownership of the car?

If something happened from the time you send the V5 in to the DVLA and the DVLA changing ownership ie speeding, running a red light it says you are still responsible as the seller but if you had a photocopy of the signed and date V5 could you use this as evidence of actually not owning the car at the time of offence?

This is hypothetical it hasn't happened but was just wondering in case I sell my car.

Dinner - Lean Lamb Chops, Tomatoes, Salad.

DAY 4

Breakfast - 1 Egg

On the transfers can you look at players who are not actually listed and make an offer for them, or do they have to be listed? I.E. nick some of the fringe players at the big clubs who are not for sale?

I put some Broccoli and Cauliflower in the steamer yesterday and after the alloted time they were cooked but had lost a lot of their colour why did this happen, the Broccoli turned a bland green colour?

Reading some of the forums they seem to be linking themselves with every striker in the UK - even Michael Owen (again), why do they constantly do this, they are small fry in the Championship and if all things are correct are a League Two side playing out of their skins, no doubt within 5 years they will be back in League Two where they belong.

So my question is why do they link themselves to every footballer that becomes available?
