Egg Diet - does this work as it really dangerous?

Okay a little long sorry but here is the diet, tis meant to lose up to 2 stone in 2 weeks:-

Day 1

Breakfast - 3 Eggs - Black Coffee

Lunch - 3 eggs - black coffee

Dinner - 3 eggs - black coffee

DAY 2

Breakfast - Egg / Grapefruit

Lunch - Green Salad / Tomatoes.

Dinner - Steak, sweetcorn, cottage cheese

DAY 3

Breakfast - Egg

Lunch - Fish, Sweetcorn, Tomatoes.

Dinner - Lean Lamb Chops, Tomatoes, Salad.

DAY 4

Breakfast - 1 Egg

Lunch - Green Salad, Tomatoes.

Dinner - 3 Eggs

Day 5

Breakfast - 1 Egg

Lunch - Fish, Sweetcorn, Tomatoes.

Dinner - Ham, Salad, Tomatoes.

Day 6

Repeat from Day 1

I have done this for 4 days and have lost 6 LBS but I am struggling to sleep now, could it be linked to the diet?

    Its probably the coffee u drinking , too much caffeine can result in sleepless nights, well done for losing weight maybe just try drinking tea ?

    Lots of eggs can be bad for cholesterol no matter what your age is. Also you should just try eating healthy foods and exercise not some random diet that doesn't last forever. You body is changing it could be what is affecting your sleep. Maybe try burning some extra energy off during the day and see if that helps

    If you are a guys ho wont to lose bodyweight or just toned your body than is unattainable to not reach to a dead end when you tried to uncover recipe that is adapted at your own body and this is since the diet programs are generally produced for females

    Egg yolks.... are High in Cholesterol

    and

    unless you a bodybuilder

    or some athlete

    you shouldn't be eating that many eggs.
