All girls.like compeilments It also shows her you notice her. Ask things about her. About her family, her interests. Tell her about you and the things that you like to do. Once the conversation. gets going you will be fine. have fun and good luck.

you guys can play truth (each of you takes turn asking the other questions, and the other has to answer truthfully). suggest it. "well i dont want this to be a boring walk...want to play truth? if you don't want to answer a question you dont have to." then smile at her. make her feel comfortable. make her happy too. you guys can talk about school but you can also talk about other stuff like movies. lets say she's interested in harry potter. using truth you can learn about her, and you can find common interests. if you both like harry potter, you can use this as a plan to go to the next harry potter movie.

or, wear an interesting shirt or jacket or something. it can be a topic for discussion.

just consider your purpose to keep her entertained and happy. im going to the movies with the girl i like tomorrow with some friends, and im bringing spongebob headphones and my ipod cause we both love spongebob and the headphones will attract her attention, plus my ipod has some funny pictures on it that we can share.

plenty to talk about like what she did on the weekend (is she the partying type?), plans for summer, you can always say you like what she's wearing when you first see her, give her a hug when you first see her. just hang out with her and have a good talk and if she's having fun then you're a good guy. you don't have to straight-up tell her that you like her, but whatever you do, just try and get another meet up with her!!

Just be yourself talk about anything you can't say the wrong thing becaus someone likes u for I not what you say and if u can't find anything to talk about talk about what's around you or school or something

When you see her compliment her (But only one compliment), after that just be yourself and talk about what you want don't over talk let her talk some too and that's all there is to it.
